BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for safeguarding BluSky's digital assets by ensuring sensitive data's integrity, confidentiality, and availability. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop, and implement security measures, and respond to security incidents. The Cybersecurity Analyst is a passionate technology risk professional with deep knowledge of technical security controls and regulations and is experienced in threat detection, analysis, and reporting with security management platforms. This role requires an understanding of cybersecurity principles, a record of accomplishment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex security challenges in a cloud-first environment.
The Cybersecurity Analyst will take ownership of the cybersecurity program and drive it to operational maturity, creating policies, measures, and accountability. This is a remote position, reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Services, but will work extensively with other IT team members, departments, leaders, and vendors to support a rapidly growing enterprise.
Salary Range is $90,000 - $125,000

Occasional travel. (Less than 25% of the time.) Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
